Campus IIITSM

IIIT Senapati, Manipur is operating at present from its City Campus at Mantripukhri, Imphal. Although, a new Institute, the campus has adequate classrooms, Internet connectivity, advance laboratories, conference hall, playground, hostels, faculty quarters, guest house and administrative offices. Manipur is a beautiful place, close to nature and stable weather conditions all the time and feel like Switzerland of India. IIIT Senapati, Manipur paternity started in 2015 with two B Tech programs (Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering). IIIT Senapati, Manipur have good enough faculties/technical staff for respective departments/courses and all are well qualified with PhD/MTech degree. IIIT Senapati, Manipur have all the facilities within the campus, academic building (Class rooms, ECE Labs, Computer Center, Library and Study room), admin building, auditorium, faculty quarters, guest house, girls hostel, five hostels for boys with well-equipped mess with dining hall, sports ground, WiFi campus/Hostels and other sports facilities including gym.

Welcome to Indian Institute of Information Technology Senapati, Manipur at Imphal!
The Indian Institute of Information Technology Senapati, Manipur (IIITSM) is an institute of national importance established by an act of parliament in 2015 under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The objective of the institute is to develop a technology and manpower for Information Technology (IT) related industries and make Manipur as a preferred destination for providing IT-related services and gateway to South-East Asia. I take this opportunity to congratulate all my students who joined this institute for making a very conscious and informed choice to opt for IIIT-Manipur to build a successful career. I assure that all efforts will be made to establish this IIIT as one of the best leading institutions in its chosen area not only in India but in the Global arena.
